I also wrote down a work out plan, I think it’s a really good idea, especially for people who find it hard to commit to a healthy routine or people who are not very persistent with exercising ( like me lol), people who have difficulties with consistency.
it’s good to have your plan written down, it’s there in front of you and you dont have to think about it, no more excuses lol

Haha, I just don’t like flame, and my mom’s paranoid about plug-ins catching on fire. I use flamelss candles, which don’t smell as strong, but make a battery-operated flicker.
