Why do I get this really productive, happy, and organized mood every so often?

I’m not complaining, if I was like this every day, I would be a straight A student. lol

This rarely happens to me though, maybe like two or three times a year.

Any particular reason that causes certain moods?

everything around you can effect your mood including;
1.)how much sleep you got
2.)what you’ve eaten that day (your muscles burn fat and sugar to create energy. fat is the fuel but fat can’t burn very well without sugar so if you don’t have enough you burn fat slow and feel real sluggish also if you drink caffeine it makes sugar burn faster and you waste all your sugar)


3.)relationship(friends/family/lover)
4.)weight
5.)etc.

    Depression, I’ve, I do go thru that too, where I’ll have a spurt of happiness, feeling real good which happens UPTO 3 or 4 times a year!

    just enjoy it, why do u need to know the reason?:P it can be anything, even if u don’t realise, it can be how much rest you get, how others treat you, how enthusiastic u are about ur life or plans

    the first answer is also right i think…. if normally you are more like depressed, or pessimistic, u can have these periods, i know i have…. sometimes i hardly sleep for a week but i still get more done and faster and better than i would in a month… i learned to take advantage of those periods and do as much as i can, because i know i will fall back in the other extreme eventually :P
